Privacy
VisualOn collects as little as it can.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, product link and brief. These go to Dodo Payments with your checkout, and Dodo shares them with us so we can make the video. Dodo handles your card or UPI details. We never see them.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send.
What we don't do
No analytics trackers, no advertising cookies, no selling or sharing your data. The site remembers your currency choice in your browser's local storage, and that's it.
How long we keep it
Order details and project files are kept for as long as you're a customer, plus whatever period tax law requires. Ask us to delete your files at any time.
